Aquaflame is the only fountain out there with a simple self-cleaning function! We recommend cleaning out your Aquaflame Fountain Diffuser about once a month following the steps in this tutorial.

If the LED lights are turning on but the fountain isn't, then you've most likely got a stuck impeller! What is that and what do you do about it? Our cleaning tutorial has a special section with instructions on how to clean the fountain to get the impeller going again.

Yes! You can add any of your favorite essential oils to your Aquaflame Fountain Diffuser, except CBD oils because these oils are a thicker consistency. We recommend adding 5-10 drops, any more than that can clog up your Aquaflame.

Shipping, Returns and exchanges

We process orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Once they've been processed, orders with standard shipping will be delivered within 2-8 business days and orders with priority shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

Items may be returned within 90 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and products must be in their original packaging. Once the return is received you will be refunded, minus an $8 shipping and restocking fee. Start your return here.
