So pretty!
Love this! So pretty, and I enjoy the gentle sounds and essential oil aroma.
horrible
It is SEVERLY OVER PRICED. Small very very small. Does not throw the scent of the fragrance oil. You have to charge it, you can not just plug it in and use it whenever and how ever long you please. The on and off button is inside the vase instead of the outside of the fountain so you have to life the container of water out to turn it on and off every time. Complete waste of money. I would NOT recommend !!!!!

We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with your Aquaflame Fountain Diffuser, Amanda! Every Aquaflame comes with a remote control that turns it on and off, so you do not need to lift the fountain core out of the decorative vessel to turn it on.
Essential oil diffusion through water movement has a softer scent throw than the more common mist diffusers, but since the essential oil doesn't evaporate with water diffusion, you can add up to 10 drops for a stronger scent without running through your essential oil faster. You can learn more about this on our blog post: https://aquaflame.com/blogs/about-aquaflame/how-a-fountain-diffuser-is-different-from-other-diffusers

Looks nice but can’t detect any scent from the oil
Aquaflame
Hi, Catherine! Diffusion by water creates a softer scent than the mist diffusers, but because the water continues to cycle through the fountain instead of being dispersed into the air, you can add more essential oils (up to 10 drops) and still not run through your oils as quickly.

Gold Diffuser
Quality was not what I though, I’ve used it about 5 times & now it’s not working…. I’m going to change the battery…..and see if that makes a difference
Aquaflame
Hi, Danette! We're sorry to hear that your Aquaflame has stopped working. Since this model has a rechargeable battery, you will not be able to replace it. Make sure that you are charging it until the charging light in the fountain changes from red to green. You can also try using the button on the bottom of the fountain core to see if that turns your Aquaflame on, in that case, the battery in your remote is likely dead. If neither of these options solves the problem, please send an email to info@aquaflame.com and our customer service will run through some more options with you!
